Easter

Do you know what Easter is about? If you answered: Jesus ressurection, you're right! Jesus died and rose again for us on the cross! The gospel for Easter says:
Mary the mother of Jesus and Mary Magdelan went to visit the tomb. It was still dark, when an angel apeared, rolled away the stone and sat on it. The guards were so scared they thought they were dead. The angel said said to the two Marys "Do not be afraid! I know you are seeking Jesus the crucified. He is not here. He has been raised from the dead, as He had said. Go tell his disciples." So fearfully and joyfully, they ran to tell his disciples. They met Jesus along the way and began to worship him. He said "do not be afraid, the son of man, has raised from the dead. Now go tell everyone He has raised from the dead." and they did as he said.
Matthew 28:5-6

Every day Jesus rises in our hearts. The eggs represent the stone, rolled away from the tomb. Happy egg hunting, and a Happy Easter!
